To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice for all bookings and 48 hours notice if you have a group booking. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total treatment cost, failure to show without any notice will result in a full treatment charge.
Booking in advance for your treatment is recommended so we can accommodate your request.

We are located in The Prestige Oceanfront Resort, on the ground floor, level 1.
Our spa facility is equipped with one guest lounge (seating for 6 guests at one time), three single treatment rooms (two with showers), one couples massage room with hydrotherapy jetted tub, three pedicure chairs, one manicure table (we can add a second manicure table for group bookings), reception/retail area, and one wheelchair accessible washroom. During warmer months we also have outdoor lounge seating with beautiful waterfront views.
